Meh.
I would rather have the AutoEXE NC.
2005 Lava Orange MSM #601/1428
211 rwhp, 195 ft. lbs on 1/6/07
Needs more cowbell.
With GM offering the turbo Skystice twins with 260hp in this market, Mazda is going to have a hard time moving this car in the states. They've stuffed the turbo MZR DISI engine in everything from the 3 to the 6 to the CX-7, and I'd be disappointed if the MSNC (if we ever get one) doesn't have some variant of this engine.

I have heard that there are issues with height on the 2.3 Turbo. I guess they have jammed it in a few Mazdaspeed sponsored drift MX-5s, but they had to remove the counter balance shaft in order to use the oil pan from the 2.0 to get everything to fit. This implies to me that a production MSM would require a good deal of engineering, either in designing a new turbo package for the 2.0, or resolving the height issues without removing the counter balance shaft in the 2.3.
Well in that case I'm sure a Renesis will fit just fine.![]()

I can't remember where I was reading but I read that mazda planned on bringing the RX-7 back in 08
Blah blah blah!
That front lip doesn't go with the lines of the car at all. A return of the rx7 would be nice.
