I have one guy who hasn't picked up his Cool Breeze Scoop from me.

Lasher has not responded to repeated PMs and an email. He paid cash which he dropped off to me. I suppose I can hang onto the scoop indefinitely but I'd really like to be done with this.

What would you do?

Send him an email and a PM with a deadline a couple of weeks from now, perhaps April 30th. Tell him that if he hasn't made arrangements by then you'll sell it to another member and you'll refund his payment. Be sure to ask for his address so you can mail the refund if necessary.

Being that he paid cash and you never had an agreement to not hold on to the product, I'd hold on to it until contact is made. Otherwise, you could sell it and return the money the same way.

It's a small bag... it won't take up half of your garage while you wait for a response.

Buy another Miata, install the scoop, that would be a good place to store the scoop until Lasher makes contact.
