The biggest factor in increasing his brake performance was swapping to the 10kg SWIFT springs up front and the 8kg SWIFT springs in the rear.

Did he get his shocks revalved? He's on TEIN Flex right? Was he running stock spring rates before?

He did not get his shocks revalved. He was running the stock 7kg front/6kg rear springs.
