Slight correction... it's not got a hardtop, but it does have some aftermarket wheels, possibly 17's, and some sort of chrome style bar (maybe a rollbar like Titus')

I'd bet it's bait. I saw a nice motorcycle on the side of the road on South 360 for days on end. It had to be bait, as it surely would have disappeard very soon, let alone sit there several days, if not.
