    Sure, rub it in

The last NTS2K run was my first with them, and was great. Was looking forward to this one, but stuff happens.

Yes, I cancelled my online as soon as I knew I could not make it.

Glad you guys had a good one! Congrats to the winners

    LaGrave next up!

BTW, besides the great course and the smooth event, kudos to S2K for adopting the separate novice drivers meeting like the SCCA. It is great not having to hear the same crap every race.

. . . but when I asked the "cone flipping up in the air and landing in the box" question, it was covered very nicely

I agree with their adaptability being tops. I think it was jrj5something who said they do an excellent job of showing up for and adapting other groups' good ideas.

Very fun event. I am still slow as snot (I know... seat time, seat time, seat time), but I was very excited that I ended the day with 3 clean runs in a row, each one faster that the previous. Progress!!!

To whoever put the top up on my car at the end of the event, THANK YOU!!!!

Actually it's funny that you asked that, the guy in the silver Boxster S actually hit the inside cone turning right at the start, it flattened itself out as he ran over it, flipped and landed right side up. Too bad it was about 4" out of the box though

Nice driving to POS and Apex2apex, all the miata guys were turning very good times compared to S2000 street tire class (most of the faster ones were in the 79-81 range)

I think it may have been JRJ512, I know he closed up the POSIII for me! Thanks JRJ512!

I think someone else grabbed your top while I was doing Gabe's. It was great to see multiple people running from car to car putting up tops and rolling up windows.

Sorry, but the curse has been officially passed off to General Default. It was about 10 minutes before the rain came that he said to me, "Well, your curse is lifted."

+1, thanks for rolling up my windows!

Great driving everyone! Event like this reminds me why I get up at 530 and stand under the sun/rain all day.
