Congrats Adam. Nice looking car. Black is beautiful. I'd hate to see your insurance rates. I heard Stook's are high.

Nah not bad at all, actually. I checked several times and it was only $30 more over 6 months compared to the M3/4 and RX-8 which are quite cheap (Under $130/mo full coverage, under 25 male)

My '66 Mustang had a front bench seat... I miss that. Are any cars (not trucks) today still available with a front bench?

"Bench seats are still common today on pickup trucks. Until recently, they were still favored on large premium sedans, but even in this market they are becoming rare. The Toyota Avalon is among some of the newest models to drop availablility of this feature, and models such as the Buick LeSabre replaced by new models such as the Buick Lucerne and Cadillac DTS in which it is offered as an option. They remain standard equipment on the Ford Crown Victoria, Mercury Grand Marquis, and Lincoln Town Car."

I looked at Ford's site at the Ford, Mercury and Lincoln vehicles mentioned and they just showed the two huge bucket type seats which looked almost like a bench.

What a shame. I can only imagine how many teenagers must get injured these days trying to make out in their bench-less cars.
