Hmm... I doubt Mazda's official dealer literature has "Super scoop!" written on it anywhere.

This is just some Japanese graphic artist's idea of what a mid-cycle refresh would look like.

The magazine it is from is the one that was 95% correct on their original NC rendering. It seems they get inside information.

    Default Nice

Looks like some wasted grill space there; that black solid band across the top.

You mean the easy, low-strung one that likes to play rough?

...and if you squint just right after a few beers, I bet she don't look so bad.

I like the first NC's myself. I think it's a simpler, cleaner design.

It is meaner and more aggressive looking. I am keeping my changes in my pocket until they redo the sheet metal! There is only so much you can do with a bar of soap!

The current grille is the same way......
What I liked was the interior picture, with a back seat and A-pillars that look suspiciously like a sedan!

The interior pic is from an '09 RX-8. I think the OP was trying to suggest that the Recaros from the new RX-8 RS package would be available in the MX-5 as well.
