Default Look what I saw driving down the road today.

    Massive wing on the back.
    Stickers ALL OVER the car.
Exhaust coming out the license plate grill.

It was much more funny in person.

It was at the NTAXS autocross yesterday competing not sure how it did but it looked pretty quick as it ran the course.

The car is pretty quick and a lot of fun to drive. I drove it out at Mineral Wells one time. It's got a Celica GTS engine in it like the Elise.

Agreed. That car had at least 100 stickers on it or so, and the massive wing just kills it, even if it's a RWD car and functional.

    It is and it is.

He is a nice guy and the car is fast. I have met him several times at autox and time trials.

I test drove one of those cars before buying the Miata, and I loved it so much more. Unfortunately it was much more expensive and had a very small aftermarket.

It is funny that you mention that... I was talking to him at lunch Saturday about how to control switching the cams on his motor because there is only one option that everybody uses and I made some alternate suggestions.

If that's the car I'm thinking it is I've talked to the guy a bunch of times at TTT events. He's a pretty good guy quick to help and quick to offer up a ride around the course. He is a pretty quick driver.

Here are a few other pics. Joseph (car owner) is a really cool guy and good driver. And that car is more than quick enough to make up for the decals and wing!

On topic, it looks MUCH better in a profile view. Still, the MR2 is not very attractive. When it was first announced I was all determined that I wanted to buy one. As I got a closer look at one in real life, I decided it was just too ugly. It's a shame what they did to that car. The previous body style was much more attractive.

My girlfriend has an 86 model she's doing an engine swap on previous engine grenaded. Pretty sweet little car IMO. About as much room as a Miata inside lol

Eh, the decals I wouldn't do, but it's not my car so I don't really care.

I wouldn't own one of those thanks to the strut suspension on all four corners. Yuck.
Oh, well I've got two sevens, and two sevens beats a frush.
