    If a car looks like it has been illegally modified, it is pulled over and inspected.
    This is such a joke... you can't much closer to profiling than this. How is an officer supposed to identify a car that *looks* like it has been illegally modified? All cat backs in CA are legal, so that isn't going to do it. An Intercooler in the grill? How is the cop supposed to know if it is a legal intercooler, such as the one used on the CARB legal FMI? And if you are pulled over with a legal kit? Is the cop going to check your E.O. # and pull up the pictures on his computer like the inspectors do? If not, E.O. # stickers will be going for top dollar on EBay!
