    Default Washing my car

How would one go about getting chewing gum off the paint of a Miata without destroying the finish?

Apparently someone mistook the street for a trash recepticle, and threw their gum in the street.

Try some WD-40 on a rag. Wax after you're done.

    Peanut butter?

Actually... Bug & Tar remover should work great. I use the stuff in the black & green can from O'Reilly's... This is largely because the other stuff is the same color can as throttle body cleaner...

It's just gum on the paint are 24 of these guys () really necessary?

Now if it was on the carpet or your cloth seats that would be a different story!

BTW. How are you doing in anger management classes? :P

Maybe it was overkill, but I thought that it would be amusing for you guys. Anger management hasn't popped up in a couple of days.

You're right. It seems a disk sander is preferred for that curvy work aroud the wheel wells.
