Some friends of mine have an Oktoberfest party every year. They cook snitzel (sorry for the spelling), several different bratwurst, spatzel, potato pancakes, sourkraut, red cabbage and desserts. Of course there is also German beer and wine. Add a little polka music and their back yard is transformed into a regular beer garden. Definitely, not a party to miss!
