Well I said I would be there Saturday.... they can't tell me exactly when the Miata will be there (7-14 days), so autocrossing in a rental car might not be the best idea. I am always up for some good seafood!

No road trip... both the Miata and the wife's MPV are on the car carrier. No pics of the MPV going on, so I am in the dog house!
The moving truck takes the furniture Thursday, and we will leave Saturday via AA. We have to crash at a North Dallas hotel while we wait for the Moving Van to catch up. It is suposed to arrive there next Tuesday. They still have no clue when the cars will get there. GRRR

It took me a while to get somewhat settled in, but it is starting to feel like home. It took Verizon almost a month to get my DSL working, so I have felt VERY disconected from the world. I look forward to joining everyone on future gatherings!

Thanks Ice penguin.... We got a House in north Dallas, near President George Bush and Marsh Lane. We only had a 3 day visit in July to pick an area and a house and everyone that we talked to gave us conflicting information... It usually went something like "you really should move out by me... everywhere else sucks". Before we moved in we were really afraid that we may have made a bad choice, but we have been extremely happy with the house and the area so far.
Cool, that's where my good friends Matt and Sam live. They have many Corvettes, twin turbo/supercharged! I'm fairly close to there.
Hope you enjoy the move.
