That makes 0 sense. Just because the course is the same for everyone doesn't mean it's not more ideal for some cars and less for others. Ever heard the term "course dependent"? I was stuck at the top of 1st and would be in the 3000 rpm range in 2nd where as some cars were at the 4,500+ RPM range in 2nd or had 400 ft lbs of torque. I also had the steering rack at full lock and could barely make it around some of the tight pivots.
How do you think I got beat by 3+ seconds by the same Z06 that I beat by 1+ second at MW earlier this year? We were both on the same tires (him R's, me street tires) I beat you by 1.5 Sunday (2.5 raw time) and 5 seconds at event 1, you think the driving is really that inconsistent?
