I might be down, what time you getting there?
Kiddo is sick, so I'm going to have to postpone for another Friday, maybe next week.
I watched the race and it was so cool. :)
With no autox this weekend, its the perfect time to get the DFWmiata crowd out for a night of drag racing! This Friday, Texas Motorplex in Ennis. $15 to run, $10 to spectate.
I plan to get out there around 8:30 and stay for a couple hours, longer if we get a crowd. The turnout has been small, so no waiting and plenty of runs.
Depending on how things go this week I may actually be able to make this. However the Miata will not be making an appearance this time.

Ok I've looked at their site but does anyone know where to find the track rules? Specifically at what point is a roll bar or cage required? I believe if you break into the 10's it is a requirement, but I can't find that info.

I think it's a drive shaft hoop if you are under 13, roll cage is lower. I'll find it, as I saw it at one point.
I sent an email to them about the rules but I haven't heard back from them yet. I've been looking as well and the hoop wasn't required if you run street tires. The problem is I also read that under 11.99 a 5 point roll bar is required but I'll wait to hear back from the track.
