I'm looking for cheap new or slightly used race rubber and wheels for autox. Who should I contact, or what links do y'all have?
Thanks!

Chris, you've got the white NC, right?
One suggestion: check the RX-8 board for used 18" OEM wheels. With four or five local B Stock cars in operation now, within a few months you ought to be able to find a pretty steady supply of used V710s and Hankooks that'll fit.![]()

Oops, it's a NC! Sorry, the 13" Keizers obviously won't fit.
I think another good option that is less pricey in the way of tires is to get a set of 3rd gen RX-7 wheels. They are pretty lightweight and look great on the NC. 16" race tires are a good bit cheaper than 18s.
You're in CSP aren't you?

I have no idea what your experience level is but have to ask, are you ready to move on to R-comps? It's a nasty habit.![]()

don't know if this size works for you, but an alternative to R comp is this

Thanks for the help, guys! Yep, I'm in the white NC - I'll see most of you at TMS Sunday.
altiain (fellow Murphy-ite!) - I am thinking about next season, so your thoughts are helpful. Not sure about my options - could go 16, 17, or 18" depending on availability and my finances.
Miatamoto - yeah, I think I've already got the addiction and I've only been to one autox! I'm already planning a trailer, hitch, and other hardware needed for a good run next year. And, thanks for the idea of the RX-7 wheels (FD, right?). The 16x8" is one of my options, with a 245/45-16 tire.
Nealb - thanks, but they're too small for my NC. If I go with 16s, I'll need a 225/50 or 245/45 to work. I hope you sell 'em soon!
