    In-n-Out
The Botanical Garden @ the Bellagio
The Eiffel Tower at night (great view of the fountains)
Ellis Island for the cheap steak dinner (and a taste of the smokey old days, it's behind Ballys)
I'd say a $1 ho-dog and a $1 margarita and then some $1 craps at Slots of Fun, but those joints are closed
    Hoover Dam
Mt. Charleston has some good hiking if you wanted to get the ringing out of your ears.

I took a day trip in my rental to Death Valley. It was pretty cool. There is a place in Beatty, NV with all kinds of car parts and stuff hanging on the walls. I stopped there for lunch (pizza). When I asked about the stuff on the walls, the guy said that they are donations from all of the Germans when they come to town in order to test prototype cars in the heat. He said that they drink quite a bit every night.

There is a place on HW 160 on the west side of Vegas where you can rent a fully automatic weapon to play with in their firing range.

Valley of Fire State Park is a day trip from Las Vegas. Really awesome place to go hiking and rock climbing.

ghostbar. Really cool bar with an outdoor patio and an amazing view of the strip on the 55th floor of The Palms hotel.
