Mazda lists the 1.6l front brakes at 9.3" and the rears at 9.1" according to original sales brochure I have.
1.8l brakes are ~1" larger. I don't remember exact numbers though, sorry. (10" and 9.9" maybe?)
I should know the answer to this but cannot find it
Anyone got the rotor diameters for 1992 versus 1994?
Asked another way, how much greater diameter are the later rotors?

10 & 9.9 it was according to the brochure.
that's for the 1994+ I assume
guess you saw the Fast Track rule change that gives STS the same big brake allowance as formerly in STX and STU
every big brake kit seller I've talked to said their BBKs won't fit either Enki RPF1 or 949 wheels tho without sizeable spacers

The numbers needed for these calculations are extremely hard to find. I just re-did the front brakes on my LX. New rotors, reman loaded calipers, pads, etc. I think Front 11.02" for front and Rear 10.16" for rear is good.
