There's a few problems with what you're trying to do. My answers are based upon the assumption you're using a factory ECU since you say OBD 2.
The factory ECU is designed to run a narrow band. If it was programmed to run a wide band, it would have came with one.
Factory narrowbands are 4 wire. Most widebands are 5-6 wires.
How would you tell the ECU to read the signal? still assuming that you have an OEM ecu.
