    Default Seat bolster protection

Does anyone know of a product that will protect the driver's seat bolster? Miata's are famous for them getting chewed up, and I'd like to protect my new leather!

I found this, but it is fugly!

That's even worse than the chaps Sharpie wears!

Yep, mine are stylin' and they make my butt look good.

Seriously though, I find myself very conscious of the bolsters when getting in and out of the car. I scoot forward in the seat before turning my hips and pay attention to how I lift myself out of the car.

Now lets see some pictures of this new leather Sammmmmmmmmm.

There was a company making bolster covers back in the 90's, but they had stopped selling them when I tried to find a set. I had emailed the company to see if they would sell me the pattern so I could have a set made, but they never replied.

EDIT: here is a thread on the pointy board where I discussed them with others and posted a picture: http://forum.miata.net/vb/showthread.php?t=215935

^Thanks Todd....those are exactly what I was looking for. One of my sister-in-law's is a good seamstress, I'll send her that picture
and ask if she thinks she could copy it.

Holly crap... Am I reading that right? Full leather, OEM style headrest perforation, in a color that matches 93LE, all for under $400 shipped? What exact colors/options did you choose when you ordered?

Yep, $385 shipped. They did ship from overseas (Pakistan, I think it was), but I'm happy with them and they are all full leather. I ordered red, but the guy recognized it was for a '93LE and shipped me the darker, burgundy color.
He also emailed me to ask if I wanted holes for headrest speakers, which I did. There were no holes punched in the leather, but that wasn't a big deal. I bought the punch tool if you ever want to borrow it.

    Here's what I ordered:
    Leather Colors Option: Red
Two Tone Inserts Color Option: none
    Nova-suede Inserts Color Options: none
    Embroidery Options: none
    Embroidery Color Options: none
    Top Stitching Color Option: none
    Piping Color Option: none

Wish they had them for 2001 or Gabby would post a link for me.
