    Okay, by now you've probably heard the story of the lovesick astronaut who drove 900 miles to supposedly murder her rival.

    "Nowak raced from Houston to Orlando wearing diapers in the car so she wouldn't have to stop to go to the bathroom, authorities said. Astronauts wear diapers during launch and re-entry. "

    Myself, I take care of business at the Flying J while gassing up. Not a diaper guy. Not yet anyway.

    This is the greatest news story in years. If you drive 900 miles in your own dooky and pee pee, you are CRAZY! I can't wait for the made for TV movie where Julia Roberts plays her.

    Has anyone asked the question: "What the hell kind of car can go 900 miles on a tank of gas????"

    I mean, you'd HAVE to stop at least once or twice... unless those precious seconds spent in the little girls' room are really going to throw your whole kidnap/murder plans into a tailspin and keep you from getting back home in time for Wheel of Fortune...

    Bingo! My point exactly. I can go a little over 600 miles on a full tank in my F250, so I'd still have to stop once.

    Maybe it's exclusive to astronauts, wearing a diaper every time you take a long trip of any kind.

    hmmm, my old CRX HF could do 500. My Ram can do 650 if I don't flog it. I don't know of a car that can do 900 miles in stock trim.

    At least she was used to sitting in her own feces.

    I'll say one thing about the guy involved in this whole deal... the Tang must be really good if you don't mind waking up next to this:
