Default NB sport wheels and spacers?

Anyone on here using spacers with the NB sport wheels? I've seen some pics where the wheels look quite tucked, then others where they look fairly reasonable. I ask because I've been planning to make the switch to the sports when my current tires need replacing. I'm not planning on anything radical. Maybe 5mm spacers. Could I get away with using stock lugs?

I'd post on miata.net, but fear ridicule for even considering this.

Are you on crack? CR losers are all about the form over function, they love the "tucked" look. They call it hellaflush and us in the function over form community call it hellalame. If you want to hellafluch your wipe at lest do it right. 15x8 with tires 2" to small for the wheel, lower your donk and roll your finders.

hehe... Thanks Jeff_man, that was my point. The miata.net'ters would be all over it because spacers serve no function (other than looks) and CR guys wouldn't think it extreme enough.

However, thank you reminding my I don't speak 20-year-old. What I meant was that the wheels look "sunken," not "tucked". Personally, I'm pretty conservative. I'm not looking to slam my ride, have crazy negative camber or count the gap by fingers. I just like it when wheels/tires are closer to flush with the overhang of the fender. If I were ever to track it (unlikely), I'd certainly remove any spacers. Then again, I'm such a cheap bastard, I probably won't buy em anyway.

    Vive-la-sunken!
