    Ummm....

Can you elaborate? WTF is a shock conversion? Sounds like something you do to someone you rescued from a cult.

I just bought everything pictured from Town North Mazda in Richardson for much less than $209 before shipping.

Go to the dealer and price out those parts. They can order them and receive them in a week.

This is something I've been meaning to do on my car, which has an FM Stage1 suspension, so thanks for bringing it up. Here's the pricing from PartsVP.com - I found them to be the best deal when I needed OEM parts for my recent engine swap.

    SHEET,SPRING-UPPER (Mazda - NC10-28-340C) $17.40
    $69.60
    WASHER (Mazda - NC10-28-777) $3.44
    $13.76
    BUSH, DAMPER-LOW (Mazda - NC10-28-776) $2.54
    $10.16
    BUSH,REAR DAMPER-UPP (Mazda - NC10-28-775) $2.54
    $10.16
    RETAINER,REAR DAMPER (Mazda - NC10-28-774) $1.35
    $5.40
    Subtotal $109.08
Shipping Method UPS (Ground) - $13.85US
    $13.85
    Total $122.93

Doesn't the FM kit include new bumpstops? That might make a difference, depending on what you are installing.

^Good catch - FM does include them in the $200 kit.

They also sell them separately @ $50 per 2.

Can someone recommend the proper bumpstop if I were to install NB tophats on my 95, which already has FM Springs and Illumina's?

In addition to the one pictured above, there's a good discussion here - http://www.dfwmiata.com/threads/17159-Budget-Bumpstops which recommends Honda 51722-SE0-003, though I've seen 51722-SR0-003 mentioned in a number of other threads on the subject.

    Thanks,
    Chris

I used to recommend the Honda bump stops because they were cheap and always available.

Since Roehrig has their act together again, I'd buy them from the RE Suspension online store. That conical bump stop I linked to is the right one to use on the Miata unless you have very long, very soft (stock) springs. Then you would want one of the slightly longer and softer bump stops also available from RE Suspension.
