Thread: $100 off a set of tires or wheels at Discount Tire Direct

Default $100 off a set of tires or wheels at Discount Tire Direct

FYI, Discount Tire Direct is currently offering $100 off a set of tires or wheels. Shipping is free, but there's tax. Tire prices seem to be higher than edgeracing and tirerack, but after the discount you do come out ahead.

Dang... That is a good deal. That's $221 out the door for a set of Azenis 615s in 195-60-14, $290 for the 205-50-15. I think I'm going to be placing an order. Don't delay guys... offer only good through Saturday.

Thanks for sharing - I usually prefer to order through Tire Rack, but I couldn't pass up a new set of SPTs for the street for $368 shipped!

(Yes, it does suck buying 18" tires...)

    Just ordered a set of 195-60-14 RT615's. Thanks, apex2apex.

Now, what is the best way to store them until they are needed?

The certificates and valve stems are automatically added to your shopping cart, but are not required to get the discount. You can simply remove them from your cart.

I think somewhere that is dark, somewhat temperature controlled, and not next to anything that puts out Ozone. I would also recommend going to a local discount and asking them for one of the bigs bags they use to cover their stacked tires.

Store them in the livingroom next to the recliner. Place a round top on them and cover them with a tablecloth in Nascar print.

I cannot think of a place in the house to store these that I would not mind smelling like a tire store.
