I spoke to Aaron at ATS Racing and he is game for May 7th, Cinco De Mayo Dyno Day Seis (VI). It will be $30/3 runs if paid through paypal prior to 5/7/05.

The event will be held 5/7 (Saturday following 5/5). I would like to extend invitations to Austin, Houston and Midland/Odessa Miata clubs.

My thought is a trophy for the largest out of town turn out, highest horsepower miata, and pimpest miata. I will spring for the trophies.

    So what do ya'll think?

Does anyone have a suggestion for a nicer motel that we could get a group rate on? So that we could drink a little beer in the parking lot and talk about it some?

Great idea! How you gonna get 2 miatas and an RX-7 over there on the same day??? You can park something at my house in advance if you need to.

Good Question. I just spoke to Rick at RacingMazda.com and he will be joining us. Last CDMDD he pulled 400 to the Rear wheels. It should be interesting.....

Cool. I just got an email from Gary @ Trackdog and he looks to be in as well! Now I wonder how I can get Sport Compact Car to cover the event?

I'll bring white out to pull.
Hmm what is decent? Are we talking about your decent or my decent? I'm just curious because I don't want to offend anyone else's decent...

[email protected] = Steve Spain out of Midland

and [email protected] = Tulsa miata club

Both these clubs are about the same distance as Houston and SA.

I emailed the Tumbleweed folks, but I will resend directly to Steve Spain and to the Tulsa Group as well.
