How To Remove MAF sensor NB

Just like the title says. I removed the electrical plug and the two copper screws around it. When I try to pull to it out of the housing, it is very tight. I afraid to use force to pry it out knowing that the wires are very delicate. Anyone know the trick to get it out? Thanks!

Never mind. I just take out the entire sensor section and spray clean the sensor wire from both openings.

Yeah, don't take it aprat apart. Thats how I ended up buying myself a new one
