It would appear that all of the non-base model in 1994 came with type 1 lsd's.

No, not the stuff that makes ya trip...
Is there a way to tell if my car has the factory limited slip w/o calling the Mazda 800 number with my VIN? I know mine has some strange equipment combos (it's got leather seats, power steering and AC, but no cruise or power windows, eg), so who's to say that the two owners before me didn't swap out some other parts? Surely there's a way to tell... or if there's a way to attach of the picture of the sucker, I'll do that.
Which begs the question... Is there a way to attach a pic without pointing to an html address link thing? I know not this fancy computer technology and its unorthodox ways... apparently some of this crap is not as easy as getting an insurance quote.
BTW, my car is a '94... not an R model or anything special, as far as I know...
Thanks!

That's good stuff, and would appear to settle it that I DO have the LSD. I suspected as much by the way it drove, too... Besides, I can't imagine anyone in their right mind swapping good parts out for base model stuff.
Muchas Gracias...
