    I will be going.

For those who have not been to a div event, it is a two day event where the sum from both days determines where you place. People typically arrive Friday afternoon/night for a welcome party, tech inspection, registration, and to start walking the course. You can also do everything Saturday monring, if needed. We leave after trophies on Sunday afternoon. I always have a great time at these events and I urge you to give it a try.

The venue is an old military airfield that is now an annex of Texas A&M. It is very large and they should have some good courses. Each day has a different course -- usually a similar course on Sunday, but in the opposite direction.

Expect three to four runs per day.

The Houston region, who is hosting the event, always puts on a great event.

I'm actually thinking of going to this one...

But I think I'd get my buttocks handed to me by the competition.

Does Hoosier's contingency program work for divisionals?

dang. That would have been nice (although I'd have to source 2 A6's to make a set).

Turn out was low for it last year. Are you going if they do? Other tire classers going?

I didn't think there was Novice at divisionals. Have fun with the big boys in real ST.

Actually, there is talk of Hoosier having something.

I'll see if we can get Todd Farris to spill the beans.

I'm thinking of going to this if I can get a codriver to help split expenses.

Anyone want to run in a boost buggy?

I think that the Don Herring contingency program is valid for this event, so if you win the class, you get $50 (woot?).

Edit... anyone that doesn't drive an automatic civic most days (sorry Ben)

Edit again... still on the Toyo RA-1's unless someone has two 285/30/18 A6's (I have two with tread, but you have to have 4 on the AWD or it gets unhappy).

Learned over the weekend that there will only be 2 Divisional events this year.

To qualify for the series trophy, you have to attend both Div's.

    The Waco/Spokes Div. isn't happening!

Just College Station & TMS this year.
