Prob still worth $500, but only just. Do a tranny swap and you can prob make a few bucks, but its worth far more as a parts car, assuming the other side has straight bosy panels and no rust.

Someone stole my car and listed it on CL! Not really but I bought a '91 with a bad auto tranny on CL for $500 too. I have a rusted out '94 that runs great I'm getting for $500 soon too. I'm hoping to make one decent Miata out of both of them and sell parts and be in the car for cheap..... we shall see.
