Are all y'all west siders OK? The news is making it out to be pretty bad, but it hasn't gotten here yet.

Just passed thru NRH. Some big honkin' hail (a little smaller than golf ball) and lots of marble and pea size too. Didn't last long, it seems to be moving fast.

Wow some big winds, Ft. Worth fired off the tornado sirens, and the hail beat the crap outta my Toyota, mainly golf & baseball sized hail.

Looks like it's over I'm going back outside to see what all the hail messed up.

Sorry to hear about the Toyota.

News is showing a tornado has hit a grocery store and done a good deal of damage.

I just got back inside, we had some half-dollar size hail but luckily a lot of it was frisbee shaped instead of orbs so they weren't hitting as hard. My Integra and Miata got pummeled pretty well but I think they're fine. I could hear alarms going off all over the place though. I sat in the Teg so I'd have a good view of everything... looked bad for a while

EDIT: Now I hear emergency vehicles ALL over the place. I guess some people had it pretty bad

Bah that's why I have insurance, sucks but what can ya do.

Thankfully the rest of the fleet was under cover, looks like the house made it OK, looks like fall with all the leaves on the ground....

    Sammy you guys OK??

I only got a couple of shots before we decided to hide!

We got nothing... A nice lightshow, a lot of rain, but not an ounce of hail.

    No hail in Lewisville.

The sirens went off for about 5 minutes, we ducked into the bathroom for a bit. It was pitch black as midnight outside. Nothing dropped out of the sky but rain.

    Whew!

Lot of rain out here in Murphy, but no hail or anything else. Hope everyone who got the rougher weather fares well...

No hail @ my work thankfully. I was the only one left in the building, it got dark and I considered taking my car over to the Bass Hall parking garage. Luckily, I didn't need to.

I was down in north dallas at my buddies 4x4 shop. We watched the wall cloud go right over us. Never saw the rotation. Incredible cloud movement though. The rain was blowing almost veritcally from right to left 30 seconds later it was blowing the other way. Hail up to golf ball size hitting the concrete and exploding. Rain so hard you could not see accross the parking lot. It was awsome.

    That SUCKS!!!!

Sorry to hear that... I was at work (NW Hwy and 75) when the shit went down... they wanted us all down in the lobby stairwell but we were watching it from the lobby, pressed up against the big plate-glass windows. It blew by just to the south of us - it got really dark, the wind blew like hell, and the hail was about dime-size.

And then I saw blue sky on the way home... aaaah, Springtime in Texas!

All my vehicles got beat pretty badly. Found tennis ball sized pieces and the streets were white here. Sounded like a flock of roof monkeys with sledgehammers. jrj512 how did you do? Saw your neighborhood in the news tonight.

    DAMN!

We drove down to Haltom City to see the damage... The tornado went right across the highway, damage on both sides. It was surreal. Trees were snapped off about 20 to 25 feet above the ground...

There was one house on the south side of 121 that look like it exploded. The house to one side of it was slightly damaged and the one on the other side looked OK.

I think so. My truck has a few dings on the hood that I already saw. Skylights survived which is always a plus! Most of it was marble size or a bit bigger.
