It's not just Ken, when you post publicly on the Internet, you have to identify protected content. It's not assumed. I think the key is to be explicit about your sharing policy on your site. Most people assume that pictures posted on the web are fair game unless otherwise stated, even though that's not accurate.
Then you get into the issues of who has given you a release to use their likeness in your photos, etc.

Yeah, I did notice that my front wheels are pushing over the sidewall in a couple shots. Didn't realize they did that at TMS.

Dennis had similar issues. The way he got around it was to put low res images on the internet and then if someone wanted a high res one he would charge for it. The 10 or so per year that bought photos paid for his domain name and some other expenses.

Have to agree with you Robert. We threw a completely different set-up at the car this weekend since all we had left was a set of full tread RS3s. Shock settings were softer than what we normally would use in the damp and air pressures were lower. Phil & I both were amazed at how much grip we had on a hot day at the bus lot and the lifting the inside wheel pic of the yata (not to mention Sharon's time) confirms it was connected.Quote:
