Oh man, I haven't wanted another miata so bad since I was looking for my first one years ago. I don't know what the deal is, but that's a perfect miata (aesthetically anyway). Can't decide which color is best... but I love that car.

Ya, probably white. An go ahead and add some bigger, red calipers up front, some stickier tires, and some AST coils.
I'd remove the soft-top the first day I had it, custom roll bar, and a hardtop. When it's nice, the HT stays at home.
Not that I'm buying a car, but: for the $, do you buy a miata or a BRZ? Lookswise, miata all day long for me, but for the track... I don't know if it's as clear a choice...
Mine has yet to be passed by a Subota.
The White Club edition is what started my Miata search. Still love it, but bought an 01 SE

Since virtually nobody here is planning to keep either one bone stock, I don't think its much of a gap at all. And stock-for-stock, the Subota comes with prius tires. I've driven both, and its pretty tough to call one a winner...so far.Quote:

My point exactly. The Subota can easily hang with an NC even on Prius rubber. That chassis has a much greater upside than a Miata.
The BRZ is not a 4-seater. I dont care what the brochure says. It has a rear cargo area with seat belts.

And I have not read a single review that calls the BRZ chassis anything other than brilliant and composed, and ready for more HP. As lovely as our Miatas are, they're just not as stiff as the BRZ.
