The plan still is to meet at the McD in Moore at 7am. However, I plan on getting on I35 at the ramp at mile 498 about 5am.

    See y'all tomorrow morning.

Wow, a long day, but it was a good day. We all had a good time. Just got home at 9:15.

The OK folks put on another good event. I guess my only complaint was the length of the course, but it was still a quality course. It was at Remington Park this time, which is a horse racing track. It has sealed asphalt, like the TMS Bus Lot, but it seemed grippier.

Congrats to Cone-cerned for first in ES! I took second. POS Racing took third in CS, and I think Brad took fourth in CS. I took fourth in the Tire PAX (I kept experimenting hoping to find something big). I do not remember how others did in their PAX classes.

We might go again in December if they host an event. They are considering doing so for a make-up event.

    Good times.

We all had a great time. The OKSCCA people put on nice events.

CS POS Racing was 3rd, Brad was 4th of 8.
    ES cone-cerned was 1st, jrj512 was 2nd of 5.
    CSP Lee H was 3rd of 4.
Sportsman POS Racing was 5th or ?.
    Masters cone-cerned was 2 of 5
    Tire jrj512 was 3rd, Brad was 7th and Lee H was 12th?

Please remember the how well this reporter's forgetter works. I could be wrong on any or all points. (Except the having fun part.) (Oh, and the wreck in the spectator's parking lot.)

That was a great event, and I am still a little tired, but I am up for December.

Ohh and Cone-cerned if your forgetter works that well all of the time, I want one as good as yours!
I learned this the hard way.....

Take all of your valuables out of your car at night. This includes taking the mounting hardware off of your windshield or dash and hiding the power supplies. I lost over $ 1,000 to a thief with no hope of recovering my items and to top if off they smashed my window in the rain and my truck got soaked. Let my loss be your learning experience.

Did the guy who won CS take a short cut on his first run? All his other times were 3 seconds off.

I can assure you that it is not because I was not trying. I was really gunning for a first place trophy. cone-cerned must have eaten his Wheaties that morning.

That Jarrod guy is really quick, too.

Wasn't it R comp vs street tire though?

Yes, it was. That's the only way I can beat jrj512. And, sometimes R comps are not enough for me to beat him. I think he knows where the shortcuts are, but won't tell me.

I think he has secret tunnels that the car dives into about 1/4 through the run and he just pops up at the finish line about .5 seconds before everyone else as to not be too suspicious
