It was a great first event for NTAXS. Beautiful weather and everything ran smoothly. It was a great turnout and good to see some new faces giving autocross a try. Stay tuned for the next one!

It was a fun event. It ran a little longer than I anticipated and we will make adjustments for that at future Pennington events, but the course was fun and people seemed to have a good time.

One thing I want to point out is that we wind was causing havoc by blowing debris through the timing lights and the guys in timing were doing an excellent job coping with it. While there were some reruns from it, many reruns were averted by those guys fixing invalid trips of the light before they could cause damage. Excellent work!

I spent much of the early morning setting up the course and when I was done, timing was all setup, people were getting checked in, tech inspection was going, and the event was running. My hats off to all of the people that made all of that happen behind my back. I attribute it all to them. I also appreciate Stuart for volunteering for the Novice Walk-through.

We plan to have about six events this season and I will be announcing the date and venue for the next event pretty shortly.

Again, thanks to everyone that helped make this event happen, either by helping with the event or participating in it. We need both to make the events happen.

We will get the results up soon.

Fantastic event! You guys did a great job putting it all together and running it. Thank you!

I'd also like to thank you guys that helped with my hardtop and hooked up my trailer at the end of the day and others that offered me their assistance durring the day because of my "condition".

Did you hurt your back putting something heavy in the truck?

    Hope you get better soon.

The good news: Mark52's 'condition' is not related to Jimmy Jan

I thought we had an excellent event. Everyone did a good job - including the noobs

I may do another one of these someday

I too agree it's a great first event! Everything went smoothly and we had plenty of helps. Asked several noobs, they all had a great time and said will definitely come back.

I know...I know. Last place. The car wouldn't run and quit on me on the way home is my excuse. Clogged fuel filter. Must remember not to use that excuse again.

    Default Great event.

Congratulations to jrj512 and NTAXS for putting on a great event. I had a great time and was just getting the course figured out. I'm sure that with just one more run I would have posted a sub 52sec run and bumped out all those other guys in class 1

Fun event, good job jrj512 suggest capping it at 50-55 next time. Leaving at 6 PM sucks.
