Clutch help

So im really not familiar with working on clutches so please give me some advice, Im thinking the clutch is going out I will be sitting on a hill (i have a 92 w/ 1.6 so i understand not a lot of power) and resting clutch holding the car steady right well...green light gas and clutch out slowly but it takes forever to get any accel. and I mean the clutch peddle doesn’t have to much room before it engages.
Anyone wanna help me put a new one in show me how its done, I dont have a garage either , and best place to buy a quick replacement, but i will be changing the motor and trans within the next 6 months.

Christian Brothers Automotive installed my new 2 disc race clutch and still have the old one. It does NOT appear to be the original and flywheel is very good shape. I also have some other 1992 Miata parts and my neighbor / good friend / AX buddy has some parts for 1995 Miata.
