Thread: New dog?

    Default New dog?

So this guy has been wandering around my 'hood the last few days, and Molly seems to have made friends with him. He's got a collar, but no tags. He seems happy and well-fed, but a little skittish. On Saturday, I left him in the backyard by himself and he bounced over the fence within 30 minutes.

So he came back today and he's just been happy to hang out in my backyard in spite of the fact that Molly's at my folks' house today. Anyhow, I guess I need to put up signs and figure out where he belongs, but... jeez... who would turn this guy loose?

I bet someone is worried sick about thier puppy... Maybe call the local animal control and let them know that you have found a dog and its staying with you, in case they call there looking for the dog

I hope somebody's worried about him...

While I was making a flyer, he must've jumped the fence because I just saw him trotting back down the street - hopefully going home. He's a wily one...

If he comes back tomorrow, put a note on his collar...

Yeah... Garland has had a scandal of sorts lately about worthless pound workers who don't give two shits about animals...

I'd rather have him run loose than alert the the authorities.

But it was a good thought!

your best bet is a flyer. also, check with your vet, he or she may have a micro chip that the vet can read. just a thought. that dog looks alot like my jenn and I would be heartbroken if I lost her. Good luck.

Damn, if I had a place to keep a dog I would definitely take him off your hands!
