Sounds like its time to change your front seal.
I'm gonna post 2 threads, one on this and a another on my top. I just didn't want to mix the two together.
I have a 96, with M45 and a JR Air to Water IC. I have an oil leak that appears to be coming from the front of the engine. It's not a major leak, however it's enough of one to leak on the garage floor. The oil is like down buy the timing setting and all over the front lower half. I've taken the IC tube off the get a good look down there and I can't find anything. It's not coming from the top..it's definitely the bottom front.
I was planning on taking her to the car wash..removing the IC tube and doing a big time cleaning and try to pin point the leak. Any suggestions as to where the leak could be coming from? I tried to take some pics but they sucked. I will try to take some more.
Sorry so long but just looking for a bit of direction.

If you're addicted to cold turkey how do you stop?
I reject your reality and substitute my own.
Crank seal, a common failure.
Timing belt time.
I was kinda thinking that too, ok Black Roadster...how about an estimate? Just general of course.

Don't forget cam seals and the valve cover as possibilities, I had a leak and I had the oil leak trifecta of all three
Father and son project car with a FM 2.5 suspension.
Also might check around the valve cover. My cas was leaking and some was running down the valve cover gasket all the way to the front of the engine. Course the front main was also leakign so that's most likely.
Honestly after my TB job it wasn't really all that difficult, just don't redo it twice like me.

I also have a 96 and have a leak in the same area that I have been tracking down. On mine it actually looks like the leak is coming from the oil pan as the back of the crank pulley is clean and I think I already replaced the front main when I did the TB.

Did you get the best view from underneath? I haven't pulled the engine shield and looked from the bottom up. If I just look from the top down it looks like it's coming from the front. I'm probably just going to take it to TDR and have them fix it. I usually have to figure it out before I take it to a shop but I trust those guys.

Yeah I put it on a lift, pulled the belly pan and cleaned it up real good then went for a drive. Once I had it back on the lift it was easier see where it was and was not coming from.
TDR are good people and I have known Gary for a long time so I'm sure he will be able to help you out.
