Big, fat cruiser. I'm too old for a crotch rocket.

This model and color is high on the oooh aaah list...

...but I know I'd be better off with an 'import'.

Did you convert it to a big, fat, comfy cruiser since I last saw it?

I have the same affliction. This is the longest I have been without a bike. I get the fever every few months and wander through ebay/craigslist..

Here's how I talk myself off the ledge (in no particular order..)

1.) Texas is flat and boring (sorry, but New Mexico jaded me for bike riding)
2.) Texas is hot in summer and cold in winter (see above).
    3.) Itty bitty stinging rain.
    4.) Big ole fat rain.
    5.) Sideways rain.
    6.) Monkeybutt.
7.) Looking at bike on charger in garage for months on end.
8.) Paying insurance on bike in garage.
9.) Wanting the garage space back.
    10.) I'm ok, you're so-so, becomes I'm ok, you're NOT.
Eleventymillion: Miata top down is MC on four wheels.

Alas, I still want a crotch rocket and a cruiser (had multiples of each). While I still stupidly search for H2/H3's and RZ350/400's (good old days) these are the only two now that will scratch my itch (makes window shopping easier):

These roads in Oregon will make you want one really bad. Of course you would have to trailer a bike up here because its too dang far to ride one up here.

A guy a few houses down from me is selling his Honda version of this. Don't remember it having the saddle boxes though. If it's not the same color, it's very close.

It would save you money, buying a motorcycle would eliminate the need for a retirement fund, ask an emergency room worker.

If you wanted it bad enough you'd have one already.

My neighbor just bought a 1199 Panigale 2 months ago. He had them tune the ECU and change the exhaust and he said it's 200+ rwhp now and was 30K. It still sounds like a Harley when he starts it though :)

I think I can talk you out of it:

When you become a stain on the ashpalt, someone like Trickyrix will come calling on Mrs Sammm.
