I'm getting a new set of brake pads and would love to have a hand to help me since I've never tackled this job before on a Miata. My main concern is the rear. Will provide beer to anyone helping me. :)

C'mon man!! Sack up!

Really though, they are easy enough that lots of people swap pads on track days. You need to make sure you are clear on how to retract the rear pistons before you take them apart. Once you understand that its a 30-45 minute job.
