Default 80 amp main fuse..where to buy?

I blew the Main fuse on my 96. The battery died in the garage so I was going to jump her off. I didn't pay attention the crossed the cables. Hopefully that's all that blew.

My question is can this fuse be bought at AutoZone, Oreily's or some other local place or will I have to order it?

    Thanks!

    Yes. But, YMMV

I'd check with my local Mazda dealer.

Don't think very many of us have blown this particular fuse.

But if you go to Autozone or Oreily's and they say they don't carry it then they don't carry it.

    Thanks...

Just for the record..did all the google work and of course found it online. Yes I was stupid for not paying attention when jumping the car. I'll do the standard checking. Everyone has always been so kickass and helpful on here I just thought I'd ask my fellow Miata folks before I called the parts places.

Thanks for your input though. :)

I got the whole fuse box from my mazdaspeed swap, let me know if you still need it.

I think I got mine at PepBoys when it blew in Albuquerque. Still don't know why it blew. I bought a spare at the same time since I didn't know the cause. It's still out in the garage. PAL 180BP OPAL 180.XP listed at the top of the package.

Thanks but got one at Napa. They actually had it on the shelf. The rating was the same so all should be well. Set me back $3.24. Disconnected the battery, put the fuse in and back in business. I'm thinking I must have run the battery down by just starting it and moving it daily but not letting it run for more than a couple of min.
