Was this poor gal hot? Maybe she'd like to come out to our next GTG...

As for whom recommended Miata Technologies I'm not sure but that group is a bit older on average and probably don't do much wrenching themselves. I doubt anyone would intentionally recommend MT knowing how 'ed up that company is.
I sorta know Brett through an old friend of mine, but I met him way before I got my Miata. Luckily, I got involved with our group (through juxt3r, btw) before I went back and got in touch with Brett and LSMiata... eh?

Hmm. Looks like this Saturday's Lone Star Miata Club Meeting and Swap Meet is at Miata Technologies. Would that be considered a recommendation?

Nope. I'm staying away from that club for a while. I can't afford their dues.

Seemed kind of strange that they would be trolling for business so far away in the neighborhoods of Colleyville.

I had work done @ his shop & I thought I bought two new soft top latches @ $120 a pop and he tried to sell them as new. I confronted him & he said it was rebuilt improved latches with cobwebs included. I told him BS & go buy two new ones Mazda dealership & show receipt or Russians are coming." BUSTED"
