Default Click, Click, Click, then start??

So spent some time under the POSIV getting ready to yank the starter since the car was doing the click, click, click, click, then start.

Disconnected the battery and decided I'd disconnect the wires on the starter. The push on one was no problem. Went to attempt to loosen the 12mm nut only to find out it was already loose....

Cleaned up the connections put it all back together. Tightened the 12mm nut and now the starter engages every time.

    Winning!

Don't those arrows interfere with the bolts? That's your problem, I'd guess. Moron...

Good point since I could not find the corresponding arrows on my car.

I am going to order the arrows on Monday!

I've already checked with Mazdaspeed, no joy. I think we will need to check with Industrial Light and Magic.
On the track, I am fearless.
If you were as slow as me, you wouldn't be afraid either.

I'd sue the mechanic who installed the starter.

How can you fix the clicking without starting a thread and asking for advice?
